During the two years of an IB-course you have to do a certain number of CAS hours. CAS stands for Creativity-Service-Action, hereby meant, that you have to do volunteer work or other activities in each category.
Here at RCN, we must also do Environmental-Nordic-Humanitarian. To prove that this is done and reflect on all activities, each students must make a CAS-diary and this is mine. Enjoy!
